Breastmilk not colostrum leaking already

Ok, so I've been leaking the cloudy colostrum since about week 18 but tonight while changing into my pjs noticed something entirely different. On my breast pads I had actual yellow dried spots from breast milk and I looked at my nipples and I could see the milky white coming out...not cloudy clear. Why is this happening at 29 weeks? Should I be concerned?
