"Are you having twins?"

Anyone else get this question?? I've had a few patients ask when I'm due, and when I tell them August, their eyes pop out of their heads and they ask if I'm having twins. I was fluffy before, but now I look rediculously pregs, even though I'm only 17 weeks. I can't imagine how much huger I will get, and how many times I'll have to hear this!! It's so frustrating!
Anyone else that can empathize?
