Starting yesterday afternoon my upper thighs and lower back have been killing me. Got home from work and put my feet up. Took a warm bath and some Tylenol. Nothing felt better.

Today I woke up feeling like I was run over. More Tylenol and three warm baths. Hubby rubbed my back. Nothing feels better. I'm allergic to ibuprofen and aspirin.

Any ideas what else I could try?
