Low supply question

I love breastfeeding my almost 7 month old but my right boob is only producing about a fourth of an ounce every 3 hours and my left one barely an ounce and a half so I need to supplement. I hate giving her formula but she hasn't gained weight in 2 months. Should I keep BF from my right or just BF from my left then give her a bottle after? Is this even enough to give her the antibodies and all the good things BM gives babies? I'm so depressed I'm not producing. I've tried fenugreek, calcium mag pills, mothers milk plus, lactation cookies...ugh.
