Random question! I've been doing alot of walking during my pregnancy, but Im noticing that now that I have reached 26wks my weight is starting to add up. I'm okay with gaining weight becase that is obviously part of this amazing process, but I don't want to not be HEALTHY about it. I think there is a real big difference, right? Anyway, I was thinking of adding a light work out to my schedule in addition to my walks (ie, light squats, lunges, bicep curls). I found some good pregnancy workouts on here but alot of people say that you should continue to do whatever you did BEFORE you got pregnant. Since I havent been working out this whole time, could it hurt to start now?
OBVIOUSLY, I'm not going to start training for a marathon at this point hahahah, but I wasn't sure if any of you started a light workout further along in your pregnancy and what your experiences were. Congrats to all of you!
