Ok I don't know about you ladies, but I cannot WAIT to have a glass of wine again! But at a BFing class yesterday, the teacher was saying wait 3 hrs after a drink before BFing, and she said NOT to pump and dump. But if a baby feeds every 2 hrs, what are you supposed to do for that other hour? Just wait it out?
