Killer Headaches

Ok ladies, I am starting to get the dreaded headaches and Tylenol has done nothing for them. I called my OB and told them that they are starting to get worse and worse and Tylenol doesn't work but she said that's all I can take. Are there any tricks or other ways to calm them down or stop them?
