Anyone with Gestational Diabetes?

Oh noooo! I went for my regular prenatal visit today and my urine was +2 for glucose. Given I have a family history of diabetes and some other risk factors my doctor wants me to do the glucose test early. Now that I think of it, I have been feeling more fatigued in the past few weeks and saw that was an early sign. I hope I don't end up with GD .

Anyone with GD? Tips on how to keep it under control?
