Severe lower back pain

I am 18 weeks today, having the worst back pain I've ever had.
It hurts to shift in bed, I can't lay on my side, hurts to do anything, getting in and out of the car is terrible but hitting bumps along the way is worse. A lot of things I've read said back pain could be common right now, but this bad?!
I've been taking Tylenol, and using a heat pack and those back messagers and nothing has changed.
