Negative UTI Test

I usually dont post about symptoms or in what if cases, but I was curious about something so I thought I'd ask. I went to the clinic today to get tested (and hopefully some medication) for a UTI. I've had them in the past so I know what they feel like and pretty sure I had one this morning. After waiting for my results to come back, they said it showed negative for a UTI. The nurse said I should probably just drink more water. I felt horrible for half the day but got better by the afternoon. I keep thinking of different things that it could be...the baby just sitting where its sensitive. Not drinking enough water. Maybe its her turning and putting more pressure down there...I'm 32 weeks along even though my ticker is off. Does anyone have any advice or have this happen to them? If I dont feel better by the morning, I'll call my OB and see what she thinks.
