Anyone else?

I remember with my DS I would get the random charlie horses in my calf muscles that would wake me up at night...but this is entirely different. The other day I was fine most of the day then had this ache start in my shoulder that started hurting so bad I couldn't lift my arm. It lasted a couple days. Then the other day I had that problem in my other arm, different spot, but hurt so much I couldn't lift my arm. That went away. Now today I am hurting in one of my calf muscles so much it hurts when I walk. I'm not getting those charlie horses that you notice your muscle clench up with pain. It's just like an ache slowly takes over a muscle and lasts a few days. I've never had this happen before. Anyone else have this or am I just weird? lol
