Random m/s

I haven't had m/s in weeks! Its been at least 8 weeks since I actually threw up due to nausea. This morning I was feeling a big queasy and then it hit me. Doubled over the sink and threw up. Tried to eat something to calm my stomach and it came right back up. 

In general I've been feeling worse in 2nd tri than in 1st. Massive headaches (never had them before), numbness/tingling in my arms and hands in the middle of the night, and now this today.

Wondering if anyone else is feeling worse in 2nd tri? I thought this was supposed to be the trimester of feeling great!
