My sinuses are killing me!

For 3 days now I have had a horrible sinus infection! My OB gave me a zpack but I'm getting zero relief. Sudafed, mucinex, Vicks, steam, humidifiers, hot showers, seriously nothing helps. The pressure is so bad and heavy feeling that its difficult to swallow. Any one else having this problem or know of other ways to get relief?
