Childbirth at Christiana Hospital within past 3 yrs

Hello, my first choice was the birth center in Wilmington but I have also been considering Christiana hospital as I hear they are becoming more "natural friendly" not forcing meds and allowing post birth skin to skin contact for an hour to increase bonding and help with breast feeding.  Problem is, the hospital doesn't have a birthing tub.  I think I may really want a birthing tub but I just won't know until I get there.  And I just learned that people can rent their own birthing tubs called aqua-doulas.  I don't know if the hospital would allow us to bring one in.
