Stomach pressure

Last night, and constantly from there on out I've had a constant pressure in my lower stomach. It hurt a bit last night but now it just feels tight and like the baby needs room.
Is that all it is?
I am almost 18 weeks.
I was looking up what it could be and it said it could be a sign of a miscarriage. I haven't lost any blood and I thought I was past the worry stage.
I am parrinoid now.
Help!
