Charlie horse

So I woke up screaming this morning from an INTENSE charlie horse.  I have only had 2 others previously and they were years ago.  I wasn't sure then what caused them and I'm still not sure!  I'm pretty sure my poor DH thought I was being murdered.  Any tips to relieve them?  I just did a quick online search and saw more H20, and Tums before bed.  I'm already drinking over 90 oz of water a day, so I doubt that is it.  I tried the Tums this morning, and will try again tonight.  Just don't want to go through that again.  Yikes!
