Random morning sickness now??

So I wasn't sick at all really in the first trimester, a little bit the first few weeks of pregnancy but nothing crazy. Was only physically ill once then, just had to make sure I ate little meals frequently and then I was fine.

 In my mind this was great, I'm in second trimester, things are smooth sailing now as far as that stuff goes right?? Well maybe I'm wrong?

Definitely had to rush from the kitchen to my bathroom this morning as a wave of queasiness came over me and I had to be sick this morning. Why?? Anyone else have this happen so late in the game when they haven't been sick thus far? I'm 18 weeks now and find it very weird that I was sick this morning.

I didn't do anything different than normal, got up, had a light workout, shower, and then was getting ready for work. The only thing I can think is maybe my shower was too hot? But it was the same temp. I always take them at...

Anyone else go through this? Can I hope it was a one-off fluke and won't happen again tomorrow?
