Suggestions on how to get labor going

I am 38 weeks Wednesday and ready for my little man to get here! All weekend I went walking around and selling Girl Scout cookies with my baby sister and had lots of sex with my husband, but still no baby. But, I have been having some cramps since yesterday. Any other ways to get the ball rolling at home? I am about 2 cm dilated and 75% effaced, and have been for several weeks now. Being patient is so hard, I can hardly wait to meet my little man.
