Daycares near downtown Houston

Does anyone have any good recommendations for infant care in the downtown Houston/Heights area? I am due in August, and I have been struggling to find a place that doesn't have a huge waiting list. So far, I have toured the Esperanza School and Avalon Academy. Does anyone know anything about those, or have any other recommendations? Thanks!
