Natural remedies for a stuffy nose?

I have had this obnoxious stuffy nose- to the point where I can't even breathe through it right now.  It's the annoying kind where it's not runny, so blowing it doesn't work, it's just inflamed.  I'd like to try as many home remedies as possible before taking medicine.

I've tried hot shower, saline rinse, humidifier.  Nothing has really helped.  Anyone have any tricks that have worked for them?
