Round Ligament Pains

For the past week or so I have been having bad round ligament pains. I had them occasionally with my daughter but they are definitely stronger and longer-lasting with this pregnancy. I am also getting cramps along with the round ligament pains. They aren?t really bad (on a scale of 10 they are probably a 3 or 4) but definitely noticeable. I have been trying to drink as much water as possible and to rest but even when I?m laying down I am crampy. I have my a/s scan on Wednesday so I will definitely be talking to my OB about this. Is anybody else feeling really crampy and having round ligament pains?   Are they worse with subsequent pregnancies?
