Help!

I'm having pressure and a feeling that I have to pee all the time in my lower abdomen. Is this normal?! I'm 18w with my first and it has me a little freaked out! I have occasional tweaks of pain too mainly on the left. I just am worried about the pressure it seems better when I'm not sitting straight up and down but I'm at work and that's inevitable. Any thoughts?! I have a message to the dr but figured is ask here too! Thanks!!
