Baby movement??

FTM here, 18 weeks along...I'm not too sure what the baby feels like yet, but I'm thinking I have to be feeling him/her. I'm able to distinguish gas and food digestion since I've had that all my life. The feelings I don't know are at the lowest part of my body, and from within pushs on my bladder frequently. To try and describe the feeling, its various pushes and pulls in random order and variations. Could it be baby??

My question is where is the movement located at this point usually?
