Potty Woes

So my 3 1/2 year old has been potty trained for about 2 weeks now. (FINALLY!!). He stays home with my MIL while DH & I are @ work. When my DH and I are home, he has no probs pooping/peeing in the potty. He did good with MIL for about a week also. Now suddenly, he poops and pees in his pants when she is watching him, but is problem free as soon as me or hubs gets home. What do you think is going on? (MIL lives with us by the way).
