Sorry for 2 posts in a row. But I just found out yesterday my OB won't let my pregnancy go longer than 36-37 weeks, even if it is going along well!
I am kind of surprised by this. Even on the multiple board, no one said they were told they would be induced at 36 weeks, if everything was smooth. A few said 37, but they had twins sharing a placenta, which mine do not. Most said 38-39 weeks was the longest their doctors would allow them to carry. This would put my delivery date July 29 at the latest.
I am going to verify with my MFM on Monday to see why I couldn't carry longer if they were healthy on all the monitoring. It is strange because my doctor is very against induction normally, even at 39 weeks with singletons.
But I am going to stay here anyways if you all don't mind:) Now I can board hop!
