Echogenic bowel?

I just met with my OB after having our US last week. She said that baby's bowel appears to be slightly echogenic. She didn't seem worried about it but barely even touched on the subject and wants to do another US at 28 weeks. She said it can be a normal finding during the 2nd trimester (the US was done at 16 weeks 6 days).

Also, baby measured 8 days ahead by that ultra sound and today (17 weeks 5 days according to LMP) my fundal height is 22. So either I am farther along or baby is just really big? Mostly I am just concerned about the bowel thing though....Did anyone else have this happen and what was the outcome?
