I swear, some people just like to make things 10,000x more difficult than what they need to be.

I have 1 colleague who is always getting me behind schedule because they feel the need to question EVERYTHING, even if the issue in question has already been researched by another party [I have e-mail proof of this on multiple occassions!].

I appreciate compliance - don't get me wrong.  In my field of work its extremely important - but having things checked 4x is really a waste of time and a LEAN issue. We work as each others "check-points" so anything they review, I also review.  2 sets of eyes, 2 checks... by standard procedure it should be enough.

I'm tired of having to hurry them along into finishing their part so I can do mine.  Teamwork is hard when your teammates are sloths!

Anyone else have a work issue they'd like to vent about?! I know I can't be alone...
