Boy or girl?!

Had an appt today and I'm 15 1/2 weeks. Dr said as of now she sees no 'boy parts' and she is thinking girl! But we won't know for sure for 3 more weeks! Do you think it could still be a boy? Have any of you found out you were having a boy this early and it's parts were definitely there and showing? I don't know what to think... FTM over here!
