Pulse in lower belly

can anyone else feel a pulse down below, like where the belly curves, and off to the side a bit? it drives me INSAAAAAANE! I can't sleep or sit comfortably when I feel it. I read on here a while ago, someone said it's the pressure/weight of everything that makes your own pulse easy to feel. How can I make it go away????
