This is beyond painful

I am gluten intolerant. I had a reaction tonight which caused severe diarrhea and cramping. Well about an hour after my body voided everything I started contracting. They were about 6-7 min apart but within another hour progressed to 2-5. I am now in back labor but afraid to go in as I have only been contracting 2 and a half hours. Water hasn't broken and only a tiny bit of mucus plug has come out. I'm debating on calling but really if this isn't progressing me I hate dragging everyone out of bed. But I'm not sure how much more of this I can take. I'm so frustrated.
