Any tips on getting rid of one when I have already tried:

Hot shower
Stretching my neck muscles
Bio freeze
Sleep

I have tmj and I'm pretty sure it's from that but it's only from behind my ear and down to the base of my head and there is some pressure on my forehead.... I need help!!!
