Birth control after baby?

Does anyone know what kind of BC they're going to use after baby is born? (if any?)

I'm so torn on this one. We're 90% sure this is our last baby, definitely if my Doctor recommends against having another c-section. (This one will be my third). I have contemplated having my tubes tied, but I'd rather not do anything too permanent...just in case.

I'm also not a fan of hormonal birth control. I have no problems taking a pill every day, I just worry about the side effects.

I had a Mirena IUD in between my last pregnancy and this. It was OK, but I convinced myself it was making me crazy. However, it could have also been having 2u2 driving me crazy, lol. I didn't have a single period the entire time I was on it, which was great. My DH did say he could feel it during sex, as could I at times, which is a downside.

What are your plans?

I should add that I plan to EBF for a year, so that makes a difference too. I'll probably go with another IUD...sigh.
