STMs - DH at u/s?

I know this question gets asked a million times, yet here I am asking. 

With my son, DH came to a lot of appointments and ultrasounds.  Plus my DS had placenta problems so I had a lot of u/s to monitor for IUGR.

With this pregnancy he came to the 7 week u/s because I was terrified of another m/c.  Since then, I've gone solo to appts and that's fine with me. 

Tomorrow is my anatomy scan.  I assumed he was coming because I asked him to put it in his calendar (at work).  He assumed he wasn't going and by telling him it was just and fyi.  Hurt feelings on my part ensued. To be honest, it's not so much whether he's there or not that upset me but that he didn't want to/offer to. 

What are other STMs doing? Is your DH coming to appt/ultrasounds or are you cool going solo second time around? Am I just being crazy hormonal pregnant lady? (likely!)

Also adding that we do not get to find out the gender tomorrow..
