Light headed/dizzy?

Hi there! 18 weeks today and some days when I'm walking around a store or something easy and simple, I get really light headed like I'm going to faint and have to sit down. My vision has never gone black and I've never fainted, just felt like I might. Has anyone else been experiencing this?
