hopefully nothing to worry about

I am 17 wks and 1 day today. My stomach has been tighter, but I just feel like it hasn't expanded too much. Plus I don't think I have gained too much weight yet either. No movements yet but I know that could be early still. I hate not going to the doctor except every 4 weeks right now because you become more paranoid. I just hope what I have going on is just me being paranoid and everything is ok with the baby. We have our appointment next wednesday to find out the sex! So hopefully then I will have some reassurance
