Alright ladies, so I've been drinking my 64oz of water religiously ever day. I was NEVER a water drinker until I became pregnant so I've had to be very diligent about getting enough each day (I even have an app that harasses me).
This weekend I forgot my handy 24 oz Tervis at work, so I know I wasn't hitting my 64 oz. But today I feel so much better - less blimp feeling, less BH contractions (I seem to get mild ones if my bladder is full), and I'm 2 lbs lighter.
Is it possible to be overhyrdrated? Has anyone had a similar experience or spoken to their MW/OB about this? I was pretty small (110lbs) before I got pregnant and I'm wondering if the 64 oz might just be too much.
