Should I worry

Not sure if any of you are going through the same thing or maybe its me. Before we got pregnant my boyfriend and I had a pretty active love life. Since being pregnant he is just not interested at all. I feel like he is just not interested in me due to my body changing. I have talked about it with him and he says that he is attracted to me he is just not sure if I am still interested.

I guess I feel like I am not being told the truth about why he is feeling the way that he is. Would love some feedback of those of you that may have or are going throught the same thing.
