Been sick forever...

I feel like I've been fighting a cold for my entire pregnancy. Most times its probably just congestion, but man has this been rough. Anyone else lacking immunity and what do you do about it? I work in Daycare, so there's always something going around and I seem to get everything now that I'm pregnant.
