To Doula or not?

I had decided with my husband awhile back that we would use a doula...however, in the last 2 weeks or so, I've been reconsidering it. Not for any reason other than, I think I just want it to be me and my DH in the delivery room. I haven't paid the doula yet, and am not sure how I would go about telling her this...I feel bad, but I really feel like I want it to just be myself and DH at this point. guh...
