Registry Website Help

I may be totally making this up.. but I thought I read on here before that there's a website that you can create your registry on using items from different websites? For example, one registry that I'm able to put my crib from babies r us on but a dresser from target on, a swing from amazon, etc. Does this exist or am I imagining it? If anyone could tell me that would be wonderful!
