Since yesterday I've been feeling really weak and like I'm going to pass out. I keep getting really hot feeling inside and lightheaded. I can't stand up for more than a few minutes without having to sit down. So this morning I checked my blood pressure and it was 108/72. For me that's a lot lower than normal. Usually it's upper 130s over upper 80s. I've checked it several times and its staying consistently low. When would you be concerned, and call your doctor?  And what can I do to feel better? I just feel so weak
