Itchy skin in 3rd tri?

I have been suuuper itchy all over for the later part of my pregnancy, but it has been especially bad on my legs! Looks like I have a horrible shave rash on them in several spots and a bruise on my shin. : Im trying soo hard not to itch em, anyone else have this itchy skin?! I use shea butter all over after every shower, maybe I should cut back? Im not allergic to it. Trying to tough it out and not itch, I think im doing it more while I sleep! Well, if u can call it sleep at 38wks.
