Contractions or pains?

March 2013 in 3rd Trimester

So for about the last 2 hours I have been feeling these crazy pains that start in the middle of my stomach and shoot all the way down. They have been pretty consistent for the last 2 hours. Im not sure what they are. I'm 37 weeks and a couple days. Any ideas?
