Sharing room with sibling

We live in a small condo. We were planning on purchasing a house, but things feel through so for now we will be here. When the baby comes he/she will either have to stay in our room or share with DS. I was wondering if anyone else is in the same situation and what you plan on doing? I plan for the first couple of weeks having the baby stay in our room and then sharing with their brother, I just am not sure how this will effect DS and his sleeping. Any input would be appreciated!! TIA!
