Would you worry?

March 2013 in 3rd Trimester

This morning I took a bit of a fall on the stairs. I was carrying laundry down and my shoe slipped and I slide/ fell down 4 or so stairs. I landed on the edge of a step hitting the middle of my back. It hurts so much I cried. I am 33 weeks.. Since then I am sore and I have some discomfort in my abdomen I have felt the baby move a few times. I haven't noticed any bleeding or discharge.... Just wondering what signs I should watch for....
