After MONTHS of constipation, I've finally started popping colcace, lots of water, and drinking a few drinks of prune juice here and there (totally nasty stuff btw); and I've had 3 days in a row of normal "movements". I feel so much less bloated, my nausea is better, and I all-around feel "lighter".
If you're dealing with this issue, I totally suggest brining on the prune juice.
