No wipes on newborns?

March 2013 in 3rd Trimester

So, I heard that you're not supposed to use wipes on newborns for the first month. FTM, so I don't know:

A. Is this something you really should follow? Even no "sensitive" wipes?

B. Then what the heck am I supposed to wipe LO's poopy bottom with? Using a washcloth doesn't seem realistic, I'd need like 30 to make it a few days btwn laundry... Not to mention YUCK!
