Heartburn 24/7

Ugh! This is so not cool and meds are not helping. I LOVE going to bed with heartburn and waking up to it. Just saw my OB on Wednesday and she said "it only gets worse". Oh my!

I just can't win; if nausea isn't getting me down it's the heartburn. Crying

On the bright side she did a quick, unplanned ultrasound to see the twins' heartbeats. All is well!
