feeling great @39wks = non-progressing labor? Advice pls.

Not to brag, but my pregnancy has been extremely uneventful, and I've been feeling great through pretty much all of it. I'm currently at 39 weeks, and still feel great, but have no progression on the cervix front (not dilated or effaced at all).

Since all I've heard from everyone is how horrible these last few weeks are supposed to be, I'm wondering if there's something wrong with me. If that my feeling fine is an indicator that my body is not progressing towards labor, and that I'll go past my due date and have to be induced.

Anyone have great pregnancies late into your last trimester and progress into labor naturally?
