Ameda vs. Medela

I just got the breast pump from my insurance. I had asked for the Medela pump in style but they accidentally sent me the Ameda purely yours with tote.

My question is do I return the Ameda and get the Medela that I had ordered or is the Ameda just as good and I should keep it? I've read the reviews on both but all of my friends have only used the Medela so I'm not sure what to do.
